A Myrtle Beach man faces two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a minor.

Police say Nicholas Libretti, 23, raped a 4-year-old girl and a 3-year-old boy.

An adult took the children to the hospital on October 22 where doctors said bruising around the girl's vagina and the boy's rectum were consistent with a sexual assault.

Libretti was booked into J. Reuben Long Detention Center Friday.
