Deputies have found Lewis Reep, 84 and his wife, Allene Reep, 79, according to Darlington County Sheriff's Captain Andy Locklair.

He says the couple is traveling through Indianapolis and is about four hours away from friend's home in Wisconsin.

The couple left their home on Allen Road Thursday afternoon.

Locklair says they were concerned because Mr. Reep suffers from Alzheimer's disease and Mrs. Reep has memory loss at times.

He says deputies have talked with the Reep's by telephone and they appear to be doing fine.

Locklair says they will make contact with them again when they reach their friend's home in Wisconsin.
