Myrtle Beach police responded to the Rodeo Bar and Grill at Broadway at the Beach on Sunday after employees noticed they had been given counterfeit money.

Police found three $20 bills to be fake. The bills were fraying, had no watermark, no texture, and jagged edges, according to a police report.

Just last week, Police told NewsChannel 15 that they are seeing an increase in the number of fake $20 bills, since they are less suspicious than larger bill quantities.
