Laurinburg police pulled over a car on Thursday and found Phillip John Graham, 23, of Laurel Hill in the passenger seat.
They say Graham had a .45 caliber handgun. They charged him with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Resist, Delay, and Obstruct, and Littering.
When they arrested him, they learned Graham was the person wanted for shooting into a home on October 8 and wounding an 8-year-old girl. The girl was shot in the arm and treated and released from the hospital.
Graham was also charged with Possession of a firearm by a Convicted Felon, Discharging a Weapon into Occupied Property Inflicting Serious Injury, and Discharging a Weapon in the City Limits.
Graham was given a secured bond of $55,000 in addition to his first bond for a total of $65,500.
