Myrtle Beach police arrested Joseph Curtis Jr., 45, Tuesday for Criminal Sexual Conduct third degree and Kidnapping.

Police say he assaulted a person at a home on Spivey Avenue.

Police responded just after noon and secured the victims clothes and a sexual assault kit.
