Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff's Office arrested Anthony Clyde Leviner, 31, of Timmonsville on September 19, and charged him with one count of First Degree Burglary.

Leviner broke into a home on Clyde McGee Road in Timmonsville at night while the victim was in the home and stole prescription medications, according to investigators.

Leviner is being held at the Florence County Detention Center while awaiting a bond hearing before a Circuit Court Judge.
