The Darlington County man charged with unlawful conduct toward a minor in connection with a five-year-old's death has bonded out of jail.  

A magistrate judge set bond for Clinton McPhail Wednesday morning at $5,000.

Darlington County deputies say McPhail was watching Sha'Diamond Graham and three of her young siblings two weeks ago when Graham got a hold of the gun and it fired, killing her.
