MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) - A North Carolina man is in jail after being arrested on Ocean Boulevard early Saturday morning. Myrtle Beach police charged Rashaun Markel White, 20, of Maners with two counts of indecent exposure, trespassing, and disorderly conduct.

According to the police report, victims say White stripped down down naked on the beach. The report goes on to say during the investigation he "began yelling explicit and vulgar words" and others in the area could hear him.

White is being held on $20,262 bond.
