Horry County police arrested a Conway man after the mother of a 3-year-old told officers Kenneth Earl Martin, 47, sexually assaulted her child and called it 'The Tickle Game', according to the police report.

Martin is charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor. The mother of the victim contacted officers after her child acted sexually suggestive towards another child.

The child said the behavior was learned through 'The Tickle Game.' According to the report, Martin would touch the child between the legs and over the child's clothing.

The child also said Martin said it was "their secret." Police say the incidents happened several times at a Conway home between May 2011 and April 2012.

Martin is being held at J. Reuben Long Detention Center.
