Horry County's Democratic Party chair, Doris Hickman, says two more candidates had to be decertified as a result of the recent South Carolina Supreme Court decision.
Hickman says Keisha Kirkland, who was running for Horry County School Board District 8, and Cedric Spain, who was running for South Carolina House District 58, have been decertified.
The court said last month that dozens of candidates would not appear on the state's primary ballots because of missing paperwork.
Neither Kirkland nor Spain were on the ballots Tuesday because they were running unopposed.
They can run as petition candidates on the November ballot.
