A man police say is responsible for a deadly drive-by shooting in the Pee Dee is now in custody. The Dillon County Detention Center confirms Jordan Grant Turbeville, 25, turned himself in.

Turbeville is accused of killing Annie Mae Manning and wounding two others last week.
