Horry County police are looking for two men who they say tried to rob two businesses, but ended up with nothing.

Police say a man wearing a mask and a hooded sweatshirt tried to rob the Holiday Inn Express on Tadlock Drive in Murrells Inlet about 10:40 p.m. Thursday.

Another man was waiting outside. They didn't get any money and ran away.

About an hour before that, police say two men wearing masks and hooded sweatshirts tried to rob the Dominos on Dick Pond Road in Socastee at gunpoint.

The suspects didn't get anything there either.
