(AP) -- Authorities have found the body of a missing Georgetown County man.

The Berkeley County Coroner's Office says the body of 73-year-old John Hearne was found Saturday in the Francis Marion National Forest.

Authorities found Hearne's body about a half a mile from the place where they'd found his pickup truck the day before.

Deputies say Hearne was reported missing April 9. Teams of searchers used an airplane, four-wheelers, horses and cadaver dogs to find the man.

The death is under investigation, but authorities say they don't think foul play was involved.
