High pressure building into the East will bring in an unseasonably cool air mass to the area for the next few days. Afternoon highs will stay in the 60s today and tomorrow despite seeing plenty of sunshine. A Freeze Watch has been issued for Wednesday night into Thursday morning as temperatures are expected to drop into the 30s.High pressure will gradually push off of the East Coast as we head into and through the weekend. This will shift our winds out of the South and help supply warmer afternoons allowing temps to return to the 70s and 80s area wide.Today: Mostly sunny skies, much cooler, and breezy. Highs- Mid 60s.
Tonight: Clear & Cold. Freeze Watch. Lows: Low/Mid 30s Inland, Mid/Upper 30s along the Grand Strand
Thursday: Sunny and cool. Highs- Mid/Upper 60s.
