The Darlington County Sheriff's Office arrested Eugene "Tripp" Gardner, III of North Carolina for the murder of his brother, Richard Todd Gardner, 44.

Richard was shot to death at his home on North Charleston Road in Darlington County in June 2011.

His body was found in Skeet's Bar-B-Q on North Charleston Road.
