Scotland County Sheriff Shep Jones tells NewsChannel 15 they're looking for Steven Craig English in connection with a double homicide.

Jones says English is the boyfriend of a woman killed in a double murder Wednesday afternoon.

Sheriff Jones will not say if English is a person of interest, but says they need to talk with him.

Jones says his deputies got a call to do a welfare check at a home on Omah Hill Drive, which is off of Marston Road in the Laurel Hill community.

He says deputies found Arthur Wright, 77, and his daughter Tammy Wright, 48, stabbed to death. He says English lived in the home.

Arthur Wright's 2004 blue Buick Century was stolen and Jones says they believe English may be driving the car.
