A woman says she doesn't want to press charges against her neighbor after her neighbor's dog killed hers Wednesday afternoon near the 6500 block of Myrtle Beach. 

The neighbor brought her three dogs to the woman's house when one of the neighbor's dogs attacked and killed the victim's dog.

Police wanted to take the dog that attacked the other, but the dead dog's owner didn't want them to do so.

We're waiting for a police report to get more information on the dog attack.
