Ka'Savion Floyd of Mullins just loves monster trucks.
The 6-year-old suffers from Sickle Cell Anemia. The blood cells of a person with this disease are sickle shaped and cannot carry oxygen as well as normal cells.
Ka'Savion's mother, LaKesha Floyd, says her son's fascination with monster trucks is unreal.
"He really loves them. He has a room full of them," said LaKesha.
Make A Wish Foundation granted Ka'Savion his wish Thursday.
The boy got the chance to see the BIGFOOT monster truck outside Chuck E. Cheese in Florence.
The child's reaction was priceless.
Floyd said, "This means a lot to me that my child gets to see this, so it means a real lot to me. This is real good for him to see, very entertaining for him while he's young."
BIGFOOT truck driver, Darren Schnell, gave Ka'Savion a tour of the truck. Schnell is a national champion driver and says he's excited to make Ka'Savion's dream come true.
The little boy got to sit under the wheel and even sat on top of the large tires.
The BIGFOOT is a ten foot tall, 10,000 pound monster truck. It has 66 inch tall tires and a 2,000 horse power racing motor.
The monster truck isn't street legal, but competes in competitions across the country.
BIGFOOT will run over cars and trucks as part of the Monster Truck Winter Finals this weekend at the Florence Civic Center.
Schnell gave the six year old a hat, T-shirt and toy monster truck.
Ka'Savion's mother says her son will treasure the gifts and the time Schnell spent with her little boy.
The boy and his family will get the VIP treatment at the monster truck show this weekend.
Make A Wish officials say they're dedicated to Ka'Savion and his struggle for a healthy life.
