Police charged a Conway man with Lewd Act Upon a Minor in connection with an incident that was reported to authorities on Jan. 2, according to Conway Police Public Information Officer Catina Hipp.

Michael Dean Young, 40, turned himself into police on Jan. 5, the report said.

The juvenile victim told Conway police officers that Young had been touching her inappropriately for the last two years at a residence on Leonard Avenue, the report said.

Judge Jane Mackey set Young's bond at $10,000.
