According to polling numbers released today by Rasmussen Reports, Herman Cain has a commanding lead over the other GOP candidates.

The poll of likely republican South Carolina Voters has Cain with 33% support, followed by Mitt Romney with 23%, Newt Gingrich at 15%, Rick Perry 9%, Ron Paul 5%, Michele Bachmann 2% and Rick Santorum and Jon Huntsman with less than 1%.

The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 4%.
