Myrtle Beach police are looking for three men who attempted to rob a Dunkin Donuts store Tuesday evening.
It happened around 7:30 p.m. at the store at 7600 N. Kings Highway, according to the police report.
An employee told officers that he noticed a man open the back door to the kitchen as customers were walking out the front of the business. The employee said the man, who was wearing a black ski mask and a hooded sweatshirt, then motioned for him to go to the door.
The employee told police a second man, who was armed with a semi-automatic handgun, stepped out from behind the door and demanded cash from the register. The men took off after the employee told them he'd have to get a key to open the register.
Upon reviewing the surveillance video, police learned a third man was standing by the dumpster near the back door of the business.
Police are in the process of pulling a still photo of the men from the surveillance video.
