Voters in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach will head to the polls Tuesday, November 1, for city council elections.

Myrtle Beach voters will choose three city council members from the following candidates:

• Joyce Barnes
• David Bodle
• Michael Chestnut (i)
• Ann Coghlan
• Beulah Sharon Collar
• William Howard
• Susan Grissom Means (i)
• Robert Anthony Palmer
• Philip Render (i)

Thirteen precincts will be open from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.: Coastal Lane 1 & 2, Dunes 1, Jetport 1 & 2, Myrtlewood 1, 2, & 3, Ocean Forest 1, 2 & 3, and Sea Oats 1 & 2.

Votes will be counted in the council chambers at the Ted C. Collins Law Enforcement Center following the closing of the polls.

In North Myrtle Beach, voters will chose the representatives for the Cherry Grove Ward, the Crescent Ward, and the At-Large seat.

The candidates are as follows:

Cherry Grove Ward:

• William Ambrose, Jr.

Crescent Ward:

• Jo Baldwin (i)
• Terry Fletcher

At Large:

• Hank Thomas (i)
• Gary Stephens
• Tom Powell

The following polling places will be open from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.: Windy Hill 1 & 2, Crescent Beach, Ocean Drive 1 & 2, Cherry Grove 1 & 2. Votes will be counted at city hall.
