Deputies arrest three for stolen equipment

MARION COUNTY -- Marion County deputies sheriff arrested three men for stealing heavy equipment.
They charged Billy McDaniels with three counts of Possession of a Stolen Vehicle worth $5,000 or more. Bruce Wilson was charged with two counts of Possession of a Stolen Vehicle worth $10,000 or more and one count of Possession of a Stolen Vehicle worth $2,000 but less than $10,000. Phillip Barry McDaniels faces Receiving Stolen Goods greater than $1,000 and less than $5,000 and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle worth $5,000 or more.
Deputies say they stole a John Deere mini-excavator, two John Deere tractors, a Pace enclosed trailer, and a black twenty-eight foot trailer. The equipment is estimated to be worth $100,000.
Deputies say the equipment was stolen from Orangeburg and Lexington Counties. It has been returned to the owners
