The North Myrtle Beach and Horry County Democrats held a fundraising fish fry today. Perch, trout, fries and hush puppies were on the menu.

One democrat said it political affiliation didn't matter today, everyone was welcome.

"Food is great and we're a friendly crowd. Why not? We're not going to twist any arms," Judy Parker.

The group hosted candidates running for office.
