A 13 year old boy has been arrested by the Horry County Police Department in connection to non specific threats toward a school which were found on a social media website.

Around 9 a.m. Tuesday, officers found out about the threat concerning a high school and it's students.

No specific school or students were mentioned.

The teen has been charged through Family Court with Disturbing Schools.

He's been released to his parents.
