Nighttime lane closures at the backgate of the old Air Force base in Myrtle Beach are expected to continue until Thursday, August 18 as construction on a new interchange continues.

The inside lanes of Highway 17 By-pass, both north bound and south bound, will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Crow Lane will be closed for about two weeks.

Also, Emory Road access to they by-pass will be closed. You can get to the by-pass off of Old Socastee Highway and Shetland Lane.

Horry County leaders remind you the speed limit in that area has been reduced to 45 mph.
