Investigators obtained an arrest warrant for Kelvin Danier Oneal, 23, of Darlington for Conspiracy to Commit Murder.

Billy Hall and Talia Poston were found dead on Isaiah Street in Florence County on September 1, 2009.

Deputies say Oneal knew about the murders and took money afterwards.

Deputies arrested Anthony Corinthians Wingate, 31, of Florence Wednesday and charged him with Conspiracy to Commit Murder and Accessory After the Fact of Murder.

Investigators say Wingate conspired with co-defendants to commit the murders and helped take one of the other suspects from the scene. They say he also handled the murder weapon after the murders. Wingate was released from the Florence County Detention Center Friday on a $10,000 surety bond.
