A Tabor City, North Carolina man pleaded guilty to Felony DUI Thursday.

Highway Patrol says Timothy Fowler, 24, was drunk when he crashed into another car on Highway 701 and killed a father of three.

Robert Byerly, 56 of Loris, died at the hospital.

Judge Steven H. John sentenced Fowler to 20 years.
