Myrtle Beach police arrested the manager of a night club for not allowing in a man and his service dog.
They charged Kenny Frosch with unlawful to interfere with rights of blind or disabled. Police say a 24-year-old veteran tried to enter the Penthouse Club Saturday morning, but was told he and his service dog weren't allowed.
The police report says Frosch, the club's manager, said the club was privately owned and could refuse service to anyone. But the law does not allow service to be refused on the basis of disability.
