Horry County police charged Elton James Spain, 35, of Conway with Burglary First Degree.

Police say a home on Flossie Road near Conway was broken into on Saturday and a computer and jewelry were taken. The homeowners checked their surveillance video, which showed a man pry open a window and climb in.

Police arrested Spain that day. He's being held at J. Reuben Long Detention Center.
