Thursday evening, Mcleod Health officials held an open house for their new sports medicine facility.

The Mcleod Outpatient Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine facility have moved into a new facility on the Mcleod Wellness Campus on Willow Drive.

It's next to the Mcleod Health and Fitness Center.

The outpatient therapy services and the occupational therapy hand center are now all under one roof.

Officials say the facility has new equipment that will better address the therapeutic needs of patients.

Harriet Jeffords, the Director of Rehabilitation Services says, "We have some new tools that are going allow us to really offer the patients what I would consider the best they would find any where in the nation."

There is also an swimming therapy pool for patients.
