Saturday marks the second national Prescription Drug Take Back Day.

By dropping off prescription medication, you can make sure medicines stay out of South Carolina's rivers, lakes and drinking water.

Old, unused medication can be bad for the environment and also lead to misuse or abuse of the drugs.

You can drop off medications from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the ML Brown public safety building in Conway, the North Myrtle Beach Department of Public Safety and the Hartsville Walmart.
