More than 6,000 people are expected to attend the 17th annual Hootie & the Blowfish Monday after the Masters Celebrity Golf Tournament today.

Every year, Hootie & the Blowfish, the group that got its start in South Carolina, hosts the golf tournament in Myrtle Beach that coincides with the Masters Tournament in Augusta, Georgia.

The event raises money for the Hootie & the Blowfish foundation, which helps junior golf and education in South Carolina.

New for 2011, ESPN will be broadcasting the 'Mike and Mike Show' live.

Hootie & the Blowfish are hosting the celebrity event at Barefoot Resort's Dye Course.
