Florence County deputies have three people in custody for a shooting and high-speed chase.

They say Thomas Davis, Tyon Evans and Rasheem Thomas shot a man in the leg at his house at Smith and Smith Mobile Home Park about 2:30 p.m.

That's on Gilbert Drive, off National Cemetery Road.

Police say the men robbed the victim stealing his wallet and a necklace.

Deputies and Florence police chased the car down National Cemetery Road before they caught the suspects.

Officers say they found the victim's belongings in the car and a gun believed to used in the shooting.

The suspects face charges of attempted murder and armed robbery.

They're being held at the Florence County Detention Center.
