A Myrtle Beach Police Department truck was involved in a crash with another car on Oak Street and 3rd Avenue North in Myrtle Beach.

It happened around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Scott Mallory, who was driving the other car, said he hit the police truck after it went through a stop sign.

Highway Patrol confirmed the driver of the city vehicle disregarded the stop sign. Charges have not yet been filed.

No one was taken to the hospital.
