Two arrested in Marion murder investigation

MARION -- Investigators with the Marion Police Department have arrested and charged two men in a February 26th shooting that left one man dead and another wounded.

Officers responded to the 76 Bar and Grill on the corner of Gibson and Liberty Streets around 2:30 a.m. Marion County Coroner Jerry Richardson said Thomas McCray Graham, 30, of Washington, D.C., died from a gun shot wound.

A second victim was treated at a nearby hospital and released.

Brian Keith "Bo Peep" Foxworth, 26, is charged with two counts of assault and battery with intent to kill and with discharging a firearm in the city limits. He is out on bond.

Rodriqueze Shawnta Green, 28, is charged with murder and with discharging a firearm in the city limits. He is awaiting a bond hearing. Foxworth and Green live in the City of Marion.
