Porter Airlines returned to Myrtle Beach International Airport Thursday. It offers service to Toronto, Canada.
The airline will offer four, weekly round trips. Flights will be available Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays through May 23.
"This is the ideal time for Canadians to take advantage of the warmer winter golf season and the peak of spring weather. The return of Porter Air truly benefits the area by bringing in much needed seasonal business with a direct flight from Toronto in plenty of time for the 50th Annual Can-Am Days Festival March 12-20," Director of Airports Michael La Pier said in a press release.
Airport leaders say this is a great time for Myrtle Beach residents to take advantage of the cultural opportunities in Toronto and surrounding areas. Featured Toronto events can be found here.
This is Porter's second year on the Grand Strand.
