A woman accused of taking provocative pictures of a 7-year-old girl in Litchfield Beach has now been arrested in Spartanburg County.

Georgetown County deputies charged Teresa Brown, 49, of Boiling Springs with Unlawful Neglect of a Child or Helpless Person in September.

Deputies say they saw the child, with bare buttocks, being photographed bending over a small chair.

Spartanburg County deputies charged her Tuesday with two counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child.

They say they examined the laptop seized in Georgetown County and found pictures that were taken in Spartanburg County.
