You have the chance to help one of the many abused and abandoned pets at the Coastal Animal Rescue.

On Sat. Dec. 4 from 11am to 4pm a BBQ fundraiser will be held at Divine Fish House in Murrells Inlet.

All of the money raised from the $7 BBQ dinners will go towards helping the animals at the rescue.

You can also see some of the puppies and dogs available for adoption and learn more about the all-volunteer shelter that provides a cage-free environment.

No salaries are paid to anyone so 100% of every tax-deductible donation benefits only the animals.

Divine Fish House, Danny's BBQ and the Murrells Inlet Yacht Club are sponsoring the event.
