A woman says a man raped her outside Tequila Empire club on South Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach Sunday morning.

The woman told police she met up with the man earlier in the evening at Senor Frogs. She said when they got to Tequila Empire, the man followed her into the bathroom and raped her inside a stall.

She says when she ran outside, he raped her again near the side of the building. The victim told police two other men were there watching. She said one witness told the man to stop, the other was laughing.

Police interviewed the woman at the emergency room. According to a police report she tested positive for alcohol and marijuana. The suspect is a Hispanic man, 25-35 years old, 5'6" to 5'8", about 170 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. According to the police description the man was wearing a necklace that said "Alex" and had a tattoo on his forearm that said "Christina."
