Horry County Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard says Dragan Simic, 40, of Virginia, was pronounced brain dead at 11:10pm Saturday, and died several hours later on Sunday morning at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center.

He was involved in a car accident on Kings Highway in Myrtle Beac h in the area of 33rd Avenue North.  We'll post more details as we get them.
