A 15-year-old from Florence is in police custody after police say he forced a man to perform a sexual act on him at a graveyard.

Officers say the victim was walking on National Cemetery Road early Tuesday morning when the teen approached him, pulled out a gun, and forced the man into the cemetery.

According to investigators, the victim wrote down the tag number to the car the boy was riding in and called police.

The teenager is in the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
