Horry County Council will meet Tuesday, and next year's budget is on their agenda.

Council is expected to consider dropping a one percent pay cut for some employees.

They will also talk about setting aside contingency funding for the Coast Regional Transportation Authority and eliminating 25 vacant positions in the county that have been unfunded since last July.

This will be the second reading of the budget.
