One of the two suspects in a deadly boat crash in 2008 pled guilty Tuesday.

Nicholas Macklen was charged with murder after prosecutors say he and another man robbed a home, fled in a boat, and crashed into another boat, killing a young boy.

Macklen pleaded guilty to lesser charges including first-degree burglary and leaving the scene of an accident where death occurs.

The solicitor's office says Macklen will be sentenced June 10th.
