Two people have now been sentenced in the murder of a Myrtle Beach man.
Jacqueline Highberger pleaded guilty to misprison of a felony in the death of Thomas Sartor, 52, in 2007. That means she failed to report the crime. Sartor's body was found buried under an artificial Christmas tree in Chesterfield County.
Highberger was sentenced to six and a half years in prison.
Frank Jackson pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter last month and was sentenced to 13 years in prison.
