The State Supreme Court ruling on the City of Myrtle Beach's helmet law could come down this week.
Thad Viers, a state representative and a lawyer representing bikers who sued the city, says the state's highest court usually issues a ruling within 90 days of oral arguments.
Wednesday will mark the 90th day since the case came before the court in February.
The bikers sued the city, claiming the ordinance requiring helmet use is unconstitutional.
