COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- He's led the Indianapolis Colts to victory in the Super Bowl. Now, Tony Dungy is hoping to inspire some of South Carolina's prison inmates to winning on their own turf.

The Department of Corrections says Dungy is speaking to about 550 minimum security inmates on Tuesday at the agency's headquarters in Columbia.

Dungy led the Colts to the NFL title in the 2007 Super Bowl. He retired from coaching in 2008, and has spent time mentoring prison inmates, including the Philadelphia Eagles' Michael Vick.

Dungy, who also coached the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, advised Vick during the quarterback's suspension and federal prison sentence for running a dogfighting ring, and his return to the NFL.
