People looking for work on the north end of the Grand Strand have a new option for help getting back in the job market.

The Goodwill Store in Little River opened its new Goodlink Job Center inside the retail store on Highway 9 today.

Volunteers at the center will help those looking for work brush up on their resumes and interview skills. The center will also be more convenient for those on the north end than traveling to Myrtle Beach.

One volunteer talked about the plan to help out. "You have at least some time with someone who may care a little more, may have a little more time may respect the fact that you have your own dignity," said Ron Nael, volunteer.

The Joblink Center will be open from 9am to 2pm Monday through Friday.
