The trial of a former nurse at the Darlington County Detention Center could take place this year.

In December of 2008, Roberta O'Steen filed a federal lawsuit saying she was forced to quit her job after being sexually harassed by her supervisor at the detention center.

The complaint says the harrassment included offensive sexual language, orders to perform massages and offers of money for her to spend the night with her boss.

O'Steen says she made numerous complaints to her supervisor's bosses, but no action was taken.
