As the holiday weekend fades, holiday shopping is expected to continue with a new focus: Cyber Monday.
The growing online shopping trend refers to the Monday after the Black Friday shopping weekend when people return to work, sit in front of their computers and shop online.
According to some analysts, this year's Cyber Monday is expected to be the most popular one ever.
Retailers are offering plenty of deals, some even doing away with unpopular shipping and handling charges.
Many shoppers like the convenience of the online process.
"I would be more apt to buy it online," admitted Alysia Harris, "it's so much quicker and easier that way."
Darren Overcash said he plans to do some online shopping on Cyber Monday, "As long as I can get my work done first. I don't want to get in trouble at work," he said.
Web marketing analysts say the average amount online shoppers spent on Black Friday rose 35 percent this year.
